Directions


DIRECTIONS OF USE – ADULT DOSAGE:
Take one film coated tablet three times a day, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

Warnings: Avoid use in pregnant and lactating women.

Consult with a doctor if used with other medicine. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
